    • Very large images produced by other applications when printing to the 'snappy fax printer' are now scaled to fax size before sending. One notable example, is Excel. It defaults to 2400 dpi print quality which causes the printer driver to produce a huge image resulting in the right side of the image being cut off when faxing.
    • In settings->modem settings-Line properties, if the user selects 'Pulse dialing', it must be confirmed before the setting will be accepted. Pulse dialing is almost universally obsolete and some users would change this setting thinking it might help connection problems when effectively it made connections impossible.

Note: the 'Add Selected', 'Add All' functionality for the search results list is provided by a popup menu, right click on that section as there are no buttons provided on the search results pane.

if "CoverYorN" = "N" then "Cover Subject" will become the "Memo Field"
if "CoverYorN" = "N" then "Cover Memo" will become the "BillCode"

      Examples:
sf5.exe send "c:\faxfile.pdf" "Joe Smith" "8007776655" "R" "Y" "The Cover Page Subject" "The Cover Page Memo" "Memo Field" "Bill Code"

sf5.exe send "c:\faxfile.pdf" "Joe Smith" "8007776655" "R" "N" "The Cover Page Subject" "The Cover Page Memo" "Memo Field" "Bill Code"

      sf5.exe send "c:\faxfile.pdf" "Joe Smith" "8007776655" "R" "N" "Memo Field" "Bill Code"

sf5.exe send "c:\faxfile.pdf" "Joe Smith" "8007776655" "R" "Memo Field" "Bill Code"

If you want to use the "Bill Code" then the "Memo Field" parameter is mandatory or the parsing will not be correct. If you want to use the "Bill Code" and/or the "Memo Field" and you are using a cover page then the "Cover Subject" and "Cover Memo" must be included in the command line

Note: the above examples wrap to the next line because of the format of this web page, you will type these all on one line in real life
