You can configure the fax server to automatically move records from the primary database to the archive database.
The auto archive operation is handle very efficiently by a background thread. The auto archive operation will run approximately 3 minutes after the fax server software is started and then the thread will go into a sleep state until exactly 24 hours later when it will run once again.
