Note: Our software is free to use for 30 days, there are no feature restrictions or other limitations during the evaluation period. Please take advantage of the evaluation period to ensure that our software meets your needs before making a purchase decision.

After completing your order, you will receive a registration email within 24 hours. In reality, during normal business hours, you will receive the registration email within a few hours or less.

It is imperative that you ensure that the email address provided with the order is a current working email address. If you do not receive your registration email within 24 hours of completing your purchase transaction, you can assume that we cannot successfully send your registration email to the address provided or that you have an overly-aggressive spam filter that is directing our email to your junk folder. Please do not assume that we just have not responded to your order. As you would expect, order fulfillment takes a very high priority and we strive to fill orders quickly after we receive the order notification from our credit card processors.

Note: if you have an email address in the domain telkomsa.net you should provide a different email address in your order, if you have one. This network is often extremely hard to reach and it make take several tries before we can successfully reach it to deliver your registration email. If you do not have an alternate email address, please expect some delay in delivery of your registration email. Before sending an email asking about your order fulfillment, please check your email reader's junk mail folder to see if you find our registration email there.

Credit Card Orders

Paypal is our primary order processor. You do not need a Paypal account in order to process your order with Paypal.

The online order processing methods are highly secure, much more secure than giving your personal credit card details to a perfect stranger over the telephone and for that reason we do not accept credit card orders by telephone.

Please remember to include correspondence in your mailing to indicate the product you are ordering and most importantly your email address. If you forget to include your email address, we will not be able to send your registration details to you.

Bank Wire Transfer

We can accept payment via bank wire transfer, if you prefer.

For security reasons we do not post our banking details on this website. If you want to pay by wire transfer, please send us an email to
